Marco Fanchini has been a mountain guide since 1984 and a mountain guide instructor from 1984 to 2001. He is also an expert in ayurvedic yoga massage, a Reiki master and a pranic healer, a former shepherd and producer of excellent cheeses, an author of mountain guidebooks and a photographer. He has lived for many years on Monte Rosa at Alpe Buzzo in Val Vogna.
Marco has many first and repeated ascents to his name in the Dolomites, Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa, and has covered countless routes throughout the entire Alpine Range, the Andes, Patagonia and the Indian Himalayas.
